Program Assistant, Marketing and Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support Marketing and Sponsorship: The Program Assistant will support the Directors, Business Development & Partnerships, on initiatives related to CAMSC.ca, and CAMSC marketing outreach.
Areas of support will include but not be limited to content and graphic design, external communication messaging and sponsorship proposal preparation.
Support Social Media Communications: The Program Assistant will support activities related to the social media messaging execution of corporate member and certified supplier recruitment, CAMSC event coverage and other social media activities as required.
Support Business Development Activities: The Program Assistant will support the team on researching, recruiting and orientation activities related to new corporate members and certified suppliers.
Support Member Services: The Program Assistant will support activities related to the implementation of new initiatives that strengthen corporate members and suppliers’ ability to do business together. He / She provides support on events that deliver value to members as well as strengthen CAMSC’s revenue base.
Administration, Special Projects and Team Support: The Program Assistant is required to provide administrative support to the CAMSC team. The incumbent will support overall activities that significantly improve CAMSC operations as required. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to support of CRM data cleansing, finance data cleansing, CAMSC Event Administration and office management.
