"10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians" awards
Canada’s Ambassador to the United Nations, His Excellency Guillermo Rishchynski, will address 300 executives, leaders, diplomats and journalists at the sixth annual 10 most influential Hispanic Canadians awards, being held Wednesday, November 21 at the Toronto Board of Trade. Only 200 tickets are available to the public. This year’s winners may be invited for a private meeting with the Prime Minister of Canada, Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, as was the case in 2010.
Nominations for this year’s awards were declared open in Vancouver at a program in June that included His Worship Gregor Robertson, Mayor of Vancouver. Previous years’ awards were launched in Montreal and Toronto and awards ceremonies have been held in Ottawa and Toronto. The awards program in November includes a mini expo also showcasing local associations – for free. Before the ceremony, members of the media are invited to talk with the Ambassador about the awards and his work at the United Nations.
Only 200 tickets are available to the public for the November 21 "10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians" awards ceremony at the Toronto Board of Trade. Tickets include appetizers and cash bar.
To request a media pass, reserve space for the mini expo or to reserve tickets (four for $120, $40 individually or $50 at the door without registration but pending space availability), please send an email with the full names of those attending and a contact telephone number to Mauricio.Ospina@HispanicBusiness.ca
